As the phases of the moon change, energy changes - ideas flow, desires manifest, and new ideas are born. Here, I have outlined two rituals - one for each New Moon and one for each Full Moon. With the New Moon we plant our seeds, we nourish our intentions, and we focus our energy and then let it go so that all that we’ve sifted and sorted through - and decided we wanted - can flow to us easily and effortlessly. With each Full Moon we have an opportunity to cleanse. Whether this be to cleanse our energetic fields, the clutter that lies within our mind, or even our physical homes - the Full Moon ritual allows us to clean and clear out - and to cut cords with energies, thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral patterns that do not serve our highest good.
